A sporty uniform with endless possibilities, combinations of technical garments and garments that come from the 80s. A clue on the boot: “Sportmax since 1969” anticipates the imminent anniversary of a brand that based its history on design innovation.
To keep its personal law of the beautiful and functional unchanged, Sportmax designs a collection for Fall Winter 2018/19 that fluctuates between luxury and sportiness passing compulsorily for a comfort that does not preclude an abundant dose of style. Color blocks with sporty and bright colors, different lengths and cuts create a wide range of garments and outerwear complemented by removable accessories such as hoods and collars.
Layering is the absolute protagonist, mixing together is a must but only if done in the right way. For Sportmax layering becomes a lifestyle, an armor for winter temperatures that can transform itself into the new fashion uniform. The rule is not cover to hide but to give the body a bold character, a contemporary warrior. Even the pleated skirt can become sporty by inserting the zip as well as in the dresses, the trousers move from leggings to panta ski. The technical fabrics are mixed with the finest ones as in the sweatshirts proposed in jersey and chachemire, the jacquard is lightened by inserts in acetate and viscose.
It’s the satin that makes the most sensual play on the catwalk, its brilliance captivates when mixed with the opacity and rigidity of the technical fabrics. The carrolled soles of cuissard, ankle boots and derby are combined with the mood and among the accessories we see pouts, also a must for the next season.
