It is during Milan Fashion Week that Antonelli Firenze, the 100% Made in Italy brand, presents the new Autumn Winter 2018/19 collection, focusing on the fundamental principle of the brand’s philosophy: transmitting a natural, innovative and entirely Italian elegance.
“Summer in winter” is the name of the new collection by Antonelli Firenze; a collection that plays on colors, contrasts and overlaps, overcoming every border. In the new showroom, in Via Tortona 21, Antonelli Firenze’s “Summer in winter” presented itself to us as an explosion of colors and fantasies with a strong personality. Winter fabrics, the great protagonists of the entire collection, lose their seasonality, thanks to the combination with light colors such as white, beige, gray and above all the camel color.
The yellow of the sun, the flame red, the orange-rust, the copying blue and the green-turquoise represent a novelty. The combination of colors so bright to fabrics such as wool, torn alpaca, sheepskin and damask has allowed the collection to transmit lightness, carefreeness, femininity and innovation.
Not only coats and kimono, but also trousers and silk shirts host the color trail that characterizes the entire collection as a decorative motif.Adding a special feature is the velvet, used wisely and declined in different versions: a flattened rib, smooth, jacquard, printed for skirts, trousers, blazers, but also in coats dressing gowns or jogging models that become in their colors an elegant garment.
The elegant look is distorted by the combination of silk trousers and oversized angora sweaters with a light weight, a surprising mix that exudes femininity and at the same time strong character. The black for ” Summer in winter” is not one of the dominant colors, to take its place is blue, which we find mainly on more formal suits. “Summer in winter”: a total look made in Italy “by women for women”.
