“The light and monotonous noise of the sewing machines, the heads of the seamstresses intent on doing their best, the white of the clothes that illuminates the air everywhere”. This is the atmosphere that reigns in the tailors of Alessandra Rinaudo, who presented in Rome her collections for 2019 with the Nicole fashion show, Romeo & Juliet edition.


Therefore, collections inspired by love, those of the bridal designer who, in addition to bridal collections, brought the evening and red carpet 2019 lines on the catwalk. Nicole was born to dress the young brides, who also for the most important day of their lives want to follow the trends of the moment: the collection next year is divided between dream dresses with flowing skirts in chiffon and tulle, paired with corsages with floral motifs, embellished with swarovsky beads and crystals and more modern and seductive dresses, with mermaid models and semi-transparent pumps from the back in transparent tulle. The cocktail and evening collection is dedicated to the bride’s special guests and bridesmaids: long dresses in chiffon and tulle, embellished with jewel suspenders for romantic invitations, lurex jersey garments for the most casual, along with jumpsuits and chantilly lace trousers.Paola TuraniThe palette is inspired by the colors of the sun, yellow and gold, of the sky and the sea with blue and green water and flowers, with pastel shades of pink and lilac.For contemporary princesses, Alessandra Rinaudo has decided to create clothes that best represent her with the Colet collection. Chypre dresses, fluffy tulle skirts where pink is mixed with ivory to give life to new plays of shades, floral jewel bodices on which gold and powder blend with light. The textures of the lace and the preciousness of the embroidery are enhanced by the lightness of the fabrics for a poetic, ethereal and brilliant image.


Today’s aristocrats, however, the Jolie collection creates hand-embroidered dresses, which are transformed with capes, long tails and jewel chockers. Finally, a modern reinterpretation of palazzo noblewoman dresses, for the Romance collection: space with very wide skirts, floral and shimmering details, for the bride who dreams of a marriage of other times.
