Chanel’s Timeless Style: a look back at celebs’ most memorable Chanel outfits

Who wouldn’t kill to be at the C-side right now? Karl Lagerfeld’s invitation to a tropical beach, complete with fake waves, gave Chanel’s global audience an uplifting mini break.

This collection inspired the looks of celebrities loyal to the Maison.

On Tuesday October 16th, Jane Rosenthal, Paula Weinstein, Tribeca and Chanel hosted the 4th annual Through Her Lens:
The Tribeca Chanel Women’s Filmmaker Program kickoff luncheon at Locanda Verde in New York. The three-day workshop from October 16-18 aims to balance industry support, artistic development and funding for new and emerging U.S-based female writers and directors of short-form narrative films.

The selected filmmakers for the program: Francesca Mirabella and Kylah Benes-Trapp, Laramie Dennis with producer Jenna Cedicci; Suha Araj with producer Maryam Keshavarz, Gabriella Moses with producer Shruti Ganguly, and Jennifer Cho Suhr with producer Carolyn Mao.

At the Nutcracker and the Four Realms Premiere, October 29th, Los Angeles, Mackenzie Foy, main actress in the movie, wore a pale pink silk and tulle embroidered dress, look 50, from the Spring-Summer 2018 Haute Couture collection. And, at the Screen Talk with Keira Knightley, October 12th, Keira Knightley, Chanel Ambassador, wore a blue silk chiffon pleated jacket with a matching dress, look 50, from the Fall-Winter 2015/16 Haute Couture collection. At the 62nd BFI London Film Festival – “Colette” by Wash Westmoreland Red Carpet & Afterparty,October 11th, Keira Knightley, Chanel Ambassador and main actress in the movie, wore a white silk chiffon dress embroidered with silver sequins, look 65, from the Fall-Winter 2018/19 Haute Couture collection.
