While Paris Fashion Week is just fnished, waiting for new fashion updates, I want still tell you something about the latest collections for Fall Winter 2019 documents during the month of January.
Today is all about Forcerepublik, which presented the new men’s collection and the women’s Fall Winter 2019 pre-collection. For men, Cubist inspiration influences the lines and tailored shapes enriched with oversized volumes.
The kimono sleeves and rectangular shape further define the shape run by the thin leg and sweaters and overcoat finished. The fabrics are interesting, thanks to combinations of Japanese wools that work flat knit with denim and spinning of metallic gold. Also the decomposition of the fabrics which, then reassembled into a sort of minimalist patchwork is a consequence of the Cubist inpiration.
The simple and geometric line contrasts the complexity of the fabric for a Fall Winter 2019 men’s collection that recounts the soul of the brand. For women, the Fall Winter 2019 pre-collection reveals a lot about how Forcerepublik wants to redefine its women’s wear.
Winking the eye to the androgynous fashion of the ’80s and flaring it with the contemporary streetwear mood, Forcerepublik signs a pre-collection Fall Winter 2019 with masculine but extremely sensual features.Emphasized shoulders, high-waisted trousers, long jeans, metallic details, long dresses and oversized jackets in sheepskin and alpaca are the elements that express the mood and the inspiration of the collection.
The street side of the collection is best expressed in sweatshirts in fine Japanese fabrics. A decidedly nostalgic woman of the times when a slender body and strong shoulders were an extremely classy symptom. Times that are back.
