Let’s start with one of the outfits that I liked the most worn by one of the jury presidents. Vanessa Paradis attended the opening ceremony in a multicolored Chanel silk dress with feathers. Let’s start with one of the protagonists of the 46th Deauville American Film Festival and the event mentioned above: MaЇwenn showed up in white with a tank top dress with a high waist belt and flounced skirt. The dress is basic and versatile, perhaps the thin shoulder strap is not the best for the red carpet but MaЇwenn’s beauty is forgiving a bit of everything. Color and modernity for Zita Hanrot, absolutely one of my favorites of the 46th Deauville American Film Festival. The actress and member of the jury wore a Chanel suit with palazzo trousers and a white tweed top with blue checks. An outfit that stands out on her complexion completed by a Chanel make-up. Who amazed me? I would never have said that an outfit with casual notes would hit me on the red carpet but this time I have to change my mind. Mya Bollaers challenged everyone with a black glitter flared trousers with a wool crop top, all Chanel. The top is simple and casual and emphasizes its tiny physicality but is decorated with the iconic Chanel logo embellished with applications. The trousers are versatile and have a very sophisticated line.
Let’s move on to the premiere of “Des Hommes” by Lucas Belvaux held on the occasion of the 46th Deauville American Film Festival. I propose another casual outfit, but this one is really casual! Mya Bollaers wore wool trousers and a multicolor Chanel sweater and enriched the outfit with the maison’s handbag and shoes. Perhaps we are not obliged to wear a long dress on a special occasion … what do you think? At the premiere of “Resistance” by Jonathan Jakubowicz, Clèmence Poésy focused on color wearing a coral cashmere cardigan and a pink muslin skirt, all complemented by Chanel accessories. Now it’s time for a very fashionable event of the 46th Deauville American Film Festival, the “Chanel and Madame Figaro” dinner. “.
The event is in its second edition and sees the collaboration of the maison with Madame Figaro magazine and celebrates the end of the 46th Deauville American Film Festival. For dinner, Vanessa Paradis focused on total black sobriety and transparencies, all in silk and signed by Chanel. We have already talked about MaЇwenn and Zita Hanrot’s outfits so now I’m talking about Céline Sallette who paired Chanel boots and polka dot socks with a black leather pea coat with matching shorts. The precious touch is the iconic Chanel chain used as a belt on the skirt. The outfit chosen by Rebecca Zlotowski brings Chanel’s marine style back to light. Red and blue stripes characterize the fabric of the short-sleeved crop-top and wide skirt with pockets. Accessories, bags and shoes are also Chanel. Noèe Abita chooses black & white too, combining a white silk blouse with black collar with a silk skirt. Irène Jacob was sober and elegant in a black and gold cotton jacket paired with silk trousers. Metallic look for Luàna Bajrami who wore an iridescent Chanel suit. Music has style too! Amandine De La Richardiere, French DJ, wore a Chanel jacket to enliven the track. The event held during the 46th Deauville American Film Festival boasted a long list of charming and elegant men: Yann Gonzales, Louis Garrel, Bruno Barde, Antoine Reinartz, Arnaud Rebotini, Barbet Schroeder, Grear Patterson, Oxmo Puccino, Vincent Lacoste.
Dinner was prepared by the refined chef Daniel De La Falaise. The last event we peeked at to discover the most interesting outfts was obviously the closing ceremony of the 46th Deauville American Film Festival. Also in this case Chanel has dressed many celebrities including the ambassador Vanessa Paradis who this time chose the black of a very interesting silk jumpsuit. The upper part is resolved in a blouse with a belt that frames a peplum cut bottom while the bootcut trousers are sober and essential. A beautiful Zita Hanrot wrapped herself in an embroidered silk dress with flounces and bow on the neck.

Luàna Bajrami also focused on total black with a black silk skirt and a cotton top enriched by a belt. Still black, but this time with transparencies: Mya Bollaers has chosen this sensual lace dress with round neckline with Chanel accessories and jewels.
