Friday 25 September 2020, at 8.30 pm in via Margutta n. 102, the stylist Eleonora Altamore will catwalk during the 23rd edition of the “ModArt and Margutta Award” event.
The designer Eleonora Altamore, who was awarded the ModArt Prize in 2011, will bring “Pearl Dreams”, one of her most precious collections, to the catwalk. Haute couture dresses in voile, rich in lace, crystals and pearls. Including the highly prized and flagship of the collection, the dress with 7 thousand pearls.
Together with Eleonora Altamore, the designer Regina Schrecker will also show. During the “ModArt” event, in an evening full of art and entertainment, the “Margutta Prize” will be awarded, represented by a sculpture created by the artist Angela Pellicanò.The Margutta Prize, a registered trademark, which has always been a symbol of creativity and intellectual fruitfulness now in its twentieth edition, is conceived by Giovanni Morabito. It will be delivered for 2020: for the entertainment / publishing section at Dimensione Suono Roma; for music to Fiorella Mannoia, for cinema to the actor Alessandro Preziosi, Laura Morante and Marcello Fonte; Negrita musical group section; for art to Prof. Emmanuele Emanuele; for journalism to Sabrina Giannini.
The event is organized with the contribution of the Fondazione Cultura e Arte, Honorary President of the Margutta Award is the director Gabriele Salvatores.
The “ModArt” event is a comparison between two artistic philosophies, Fashion and Art. It will be conducted by Valeria Oppenheimer. During the evening, the Black Sheeps will perform live.
The Art section, coordinated by Monogramma Arte Contemporanea of via Margutta 102, artistic director Giovanni Morabito, will present the performance created by Marcello Montalbano.The hairstyles and make-up of the models will be handled by Marcello Montalbano Compagnia della Bellezza and Tina Chiera.
