Finally, for this Summer 2022 we can again indulge in celebrations, ceremonies and above all weddings! Speaking with some of you, I realized that maybe two years off from weddings made us lose our hand a bit…
so I’m ready to refresh your memory and help you choose the perfect outfit for the most elegant events! Let’s remember a few simple rules: short in the day and long in the evening; if possible avoid black; white banned for any guest; shoes with heels but comfortable. After this quick recap we can start, I have prepared for you five different looks perfect to make a great impression at the next wedding to which you will be invited.
For the day, a short dress with rouches in a vibrant blue could really enlighten you and make you unmistakable. This Summer 2022 also wants color for ceremonies and weddings so you can dare by showing off different shades of the same color. I recommend a clutch in shades of blue with details of feathers or applications. Add cool-toned jewelry and don’t forget your sunglasses: choose a bold, iconic and elegant model like a classic square cut.
Are too energetic colors not for you? Opt for a mint or sage green perhaps applied to a draped and voluminous dress that will make you refined but also contemporary. In this case we could add some bright accessories to brighten the romantic tone of the dress. For jewelry, choose silver or gold with colored stone details, while for the bag and shoes, I recommend metallic colors. Also in this case have fun with the glasses, you will not regret it!
Now I propose a solution suitable for both day and evening for those who do not like clothes and prefer the perfect fit of a suit. For this Summer 2022 you can be invited to the most refined wedding wearing a suit jacket and coordinated trousers in a saturated and vitamin color. Think for example of yellow, the color of the sun and energy par excellence: applied to a suit with a relaxed fit jacket with a masculine cut and very long palazzo trousers it will be an explosion of style. In this case, you can accompany this bold color with black accessories starting from the watch up to the jewels. If black is not your thing, don’t forget the darker shades of purple and blue as well as a timeless petrol color.
Now let’s move on to the evening with two looks with long dresses that, I’m sure, you will like. The first evening that I propose to you for weddings in Summer 2022 is very colorful: I thought of a one-shoulder dress with a multicolor pattern. The slit will streamline the figure and lighten the dress so it is worth combining a trendy shoe that recalls the colors of the dress. Opt for accessories in nude or basic colors to make everything more refined. With this type of neckline I recommend a long and trendy earring. For the pre-dinner aperitif I recommend evening glasses with clear or shaded lenses.
Is the wedding you are invited to a rather elegant event? In this case I would recommend a dark suit: if we want to give up black also to enrich the wardrobe, you can choose the darker tone of your favorite colors. The trendiest one for Summer 2022 is definitely blue, especially when applied to dresses with an interesting cut with the one in the gallery.
With this dress you won’t need too many accessories, they just have to be chosen very well. Given the elegance of the event, I would choose gold for the jewelry but also for the handbag: it will illuminate the dress and embellish the look.
