After the success of the N°0 collection, the aesthetic evolution of the JPLUS eyewear brand continues along the path of exploration and revisitation of style that has distinguished it over the years.

On the occasion of Mido 2023, JPLUS presents its new models, a super creative collection inspired by a living style icon like Iris Apfel.

A New Yorker by birth, Iris Apfel has always rejected homologation and conformism, and her irreverent and timeless look, skilfully mixed with luxury items and vintage pieces bought at flea markets, tells the true essence of someone who does not consider herself a rebel, but simply wears what she most appreciates to express her character.

With an approach focused on mixing the cards with great balance, the new JPLUS collection – quoting the aphorism “More is More & Less is a Bore” – proposes among its models strongly iconic pieces revisiting completely different historical periods.

Pulled lines combined with generous volumes and unprecedented geometries such as Genesia, Ionia and Lina evoke a romanticism disturbed by precise, clean-cut milling. Krizia, Zair and Mirea, on the other hand, with their oversize shapes and defined, soft workmanship, evoke the decisive yet nostalgic style of times gone by.

Underlining the careful research and skilfully studied mix are the choice and combination of colours, where the more classic black and havana are flanked by more eccentric and stylish combinations such as browns shaded with plum, greys with cream, mauve with ochre green.

On the sun, the strictly Zeiss lens alternates the classic solid or shaded smoke with shaded green ochre, shaded violet, light brown and shaded light green ochre.
