Rigour and lightness, geometry and sensuality.
The new 1972 Desa Spring Summer 2025 collection absorbs these apparent contrasts and creates a harmony of shapes and overlaps, bewitching cuts and interesting colours.

The leather – of the highest quality – has a softer, lighter fit, the volumes and lines of the collection create an effect of movement, a dance of shapes.

They range from the shiniest soft plongé nappa to the nappa sauvage, opaque. And then suede lambskin, used in different thicknesses.
The colour palette starts with opposites – black and white, alternating with midnight blue – and then declines into the natural tones of cream, biscuit, tobacco and leather, and into softer ones with a ‘spring scent’ such as peony pink, sky blue and sage green to suddenly light up with mango, passion fruit, green and indigo.

From this palette of colours and lines, come the artist’s touches: the special processes that enrich the garments with unprecedented details.
Laser cuts create hand-finished flowers, delicate but with structure. The Exhagon technique constructs hexagons with strips of leather applied to tulle. The Woven technique weaves a network of leather webbing into a new crochet. The doubled leather encloses thin chains, like fringes that caress the body in a sensual way.

Classic and cropped polo shirts are made with leather cannons alternating with ton sur ton tulle. And again, nappa sauvage is laminated with stretch cotton jersey for a fresh and comfortable feel: seasonal garments such as the sleeveless dress, the t-shirt, the shirt, the oversize bomber jacket are transformed into unprecedented yet ‘ready to wear’ creations…
