Francesca Liberatore Fall Winter 2026/27 collection

For Francesca Liberatore, this is the third and yet another different format within a public school. This time it is the Nicola Moreschi high school, “because my peculiarity is that I am both a designer and a teacher, and it is here that ideas and imagination develop through the individual’s main education,” the designer reiterates, continuing, ‘I would like to thank both the school and the Metropolitan City with its offices for having responded positively to this unusual request and for having guided me with competence and kindness towards the result. Perhaps we should also give credit and offer a prayer to the city of Milan, so that it continues to keep these wonderful and impressive places intact and exclusive for the growth of new generations.”

 “Because pupils accustomed to copying
Invent the worlds on which to gaze”
“Blood flowing without imagination
Brings tumours of melancholy”
Fabrizio De André

Breath, mouth, arrow: intelligence becomes the word that hits the mark.

The Liberatore Fall Winter 2026/27 collection references Chinese symbolism, where language generates ideas.

As in writing that does not allow for erasure, the gesture is essential. It changes from square to rhombus in a search for stability and balance based on the richness of different perspectives. A choice of dialogue between generations and cultures that diverts forms and reinvents gestures.

Francesca Liberatore Autunno Inverno 2026/27 These hybridisations between tradition and avant-garde open up new fields of application, blending opposites into a single, multifaceted ensemble.

A liturgy of shapes and colours, lengths and materials. Leather (sealing the long partnership with Lineapelle) imitates denim in 80s proportions, with wide sleeves resting on triangles and spotted inlays. The elegance of jackets and suits with mini or wide circle skirts alternates with more dynamic combinations with futuristic printed Lycra in geometric blocks of black, aquamarine and purple.

Diamonds create compositions in red, amethyst and brown for comfortable jackets and bomber jackets with knitted sleeves, often worn with colourful leggings in turquoise, flame and lemon yellow. A playful influence is the key creative principle in Francesca Liberatore’s collections, inspired by a rewriting of everyday life with spirit and nonchalance. Beneath its apparent lightness, this freedom of expression seeks to regain control over reality through a space where comfort and distinction blend naturally.
