The new collection with a “preppy” taste, always in line with his style, makes its debut at Pitti: Italian, classic, colorful Florence, 14-17 June 2022
The Italian brand Robe di Kappa debuts at Pitti Immagine Uomo 102 (Fortezza da Basso, Costruzioni Lorenzesi) with a new collection for Spring Summer 2023 inspired by the Nineties and that preppy taste, born in the US colleges of New England, which today is called “varsity”.
It is the taste of the “good guys” 4.0, those who choose the timeless Polo shirts and who prefer sweatshirts and sweaters with a clean and contemporary cut, declined in a special Aran stitch or honeycomb pattern, and offered in a variety of pantones as bright as the summer: yellow, purple, teal, amaranth, cream.
On sweatshirts and sweaters, embroidered in contrast, the logo that made the history of the brand, with the famous Omini and the original Robe di Kappa lettering: sometimes small, sometimes exploded. In the collection there are also the classic chinos, the vests also used in leather, the college jacket (varsity jacket), the Bermuda shorts and, of course, the coordinated sweatshirt + jogger suits.
Faithful interpreters of the brand they wear, Nice Guys 4.0 are free to express themselves, independent of any formality. They revolutionize themselves by mixing traditional clothing with the workwear part of the collection: the oversize T-shirt over the Oxford shirt, the overshirt jacket over sweatshirt and Bermuda shorts, the bowling shirt with the cardigan with multicolor ribbed cuffs. Yesterday and today, once again perfectly together.
