Following the launch of its new spring collection, Octobre collaborates with sustainable trainer manufacturer Novesta and revisits its iconic model to complete its wardrobe of men’s essentials.
The iconic ‘Star Master’ model is made of 100% cotton and GOTS-certified natural rubber.
Comfortable, lightweight and timeless, these trainers feature a vulcanised rubber sole, a process that involves adding a small amount of sulphur to make the material more flexible and robust. The rubber is then hot pressed directly onto the shoe with a machine and is embossed.
Octobre already boasts a wardrobe made from 98% natural materials and 60% of the garments are certified sustainable. The brand reinforces its commitment to sustainability with a new summer collaboration.
