Animal spirit that blends with sculptural minimalism in an artistic atmosphere. The Burberry Pocket Bag is presented with an advertising campaign inspired by the Burberry Animal Kingdom, house code of the brand created by Thomas Burberry, who has since connected the Burberry brand with the animalier and equestrian figures transformed for this occasion into the proud power of felines.
Bella Hadid shows the Burberry Pochet Bag as it poses sinuously in a wooden crate containing the pale sculpture. Strength and lightness are expressed with cleanliness and symmetry in the images shot by Inez and Vinoodh.
The Pocket Bag is always in relief and coordinated with the model’s outfit to create a chromatic harmony also made up of contrasts, but always calibrated. A balance that makes every image iconic. The campaign is completed with an evocative and experimental video in which Bella Hadid blends her movements with those of a splendid panther, emulating its sinuosity. Now let’s see how this new Burberry model was born.
Taking a cue from a model present in the archive, Riccardo Tisci has cleaned up the shapes making them essential and increasing the volume. The detail is the front pocket that accompanies the structured handles towards a professional and chameleonic design that manages to change identity according to the material.
The Pocket Bag is in fact presented in various versions, from canvas to embossed leather for a range rich in alternatives and styles. The Pocket Bag boasts an all-Italian construction, finishes with contrasting topstitching and hand-painted edges. The upper handle is reinforced and gives strength and hold to the bag, aesthetically it gives it a frame within which it releases all its geometric perfection.
An adjustable and removable shoulder strap makes it practical and versatile. The Pocket Bag is available in mini, medium and extra large versions in selected Burberry stores and online.
