Back for Ferrari Fashion School, Fashion Graduate Italia, the annual appointment in collaboration with Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda. The theme of the Fashion Show in which the students of the Milanese academy will be protagonists is Metaversi.
Ferrari Fashion School renews its participation in Fashion Graduate Italia, edition 2022, in collaboration with Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda.
The objective of this prestigious event, now in its eighth edition, is to support and promote young talents within one of the most important events at national and international level, dedicated to emerging young creatives.
This year’s edition will take place from 3 to 5 November 2022, at BASE Milano, Via Tortona 34 and will see as its opening event the international Talent To Talent fashion show, which this year will involve the cities of Daegu and Osaka.
Inside Fashion Graduate: Ferrari Fashion School parades in Metaversi
Metaversi is the theme of the fashion show signed by Ferrari Fashion School that will take place on 5 November at 11.30 a.m. in Room 2100 of the Base Milano: parallel universes where conflicting personalities meet. Red threads and studs to restore life by exorcising the suffering of evil. The chronophobia that prevents one from living the present identity to which one feels bound, with a knotted thread that remains in indefinite time. The female organs to evoke uniqueness. Fragility reviewed through bubbles that crush the figure. But memories fill inner voids as well as love for oneself and the environment. The simplicity of a song that conceals a powerful message: it takes a flower!
“Collections with neutral, natural palettes, cut by contrasting notes that meet sustainability and a deep awareness of a green ethic. Heavy, padded fabrics and textile manipulations give shape to an iconic, strong, fighting and positive woman silhouette. A glance at the future, but always with an eye on Italian traditionality. Cybergirls who wear masculine, sporty boots and run headlong into tomorrow’.
Creators and Designers: the 9 talents of Ferrari Fashion School
No fashion show is meaningless and successful without the creativity of its protagonists, and at Ferrari Fashion School this year there will be 9 designers animating the Fashion Graduate catwalk with their creations. Appointment on 5 November at 11.30 a.m. with the flair, creativity and… the Metaverse of: Alonso Raul De La Parra Alvarado, Miriana Tamagno Veronica Dell’Oca, Michela Foiano, Filippo Regnani, Bianca Tosa, Emanuele Ludwig Schluderbacher, Martina Verrillo and Ilaria Scanavini, the latter starring with her Breathe collection at Graduate Fashion Week International, which took place in Mumbai on 16 October 2022.
Ferrari Fashion School and Fashion Graduate an increasingly consolidated relationship
Growing skills and communicating their know-how through projects, portfolios, stories, and much more. This is the objective of Fashion Graduate Italia, which together with fashion institutes and academies all over Italy has been pursuing for 8 years, developing year after year synergies with international realities and delegations that are ever closer to the Italian fashion and talent market.
These are the words of Silvia Ferrari, President of Ferrari Fashion School: “We are very happy to have once again had the opportunity as an Academy to bring our know-how to an increasingly international and prestigious stage where future fashion designers can find an authoritative and important showcase in Fashion Graduate. In a context as complex and competitive as that of fashion and creativity, having ideas and talent available is fundamental for the future of the supply chain”.
