Outerwear Experience: The next edition of TheOneMilano | 19-22 Febbraio 2023 Fiera Milano Rho

The winter edition of TheOneMilano is dedicated to the world “of outerwear” and is scheduled at Fiera Milano Rho from 19 to 22 February 2023, at the same time as the Milan fashion system fairs.

Outerwear then in all its declinations. For women and men, classic or sporty, natural or technical, dynamic and versatile…. Always and in any case Haute-à-porter: coats, down jackets, mackintoshes, furs and shearlings, knitwear, a total look in all its warmth. Fluid, inclusive, different: the rules have changed today. Winter brings revolution!

Innovation, quality and versatility are the key words to read the exhibitors’ collections. Together with the invitation to the de-gender that characterises the most classic outerwear: for inclusiveness, certainly, but also for lifestyle.

Plenty of upholstered items, proposing an elegant and contemporary aesthetic, combining tailored elements with comfort-oriented details. Warm padded jackets, but also light, to be worn under coats, sheepskin and fur, in a desire for versatility, design details, relaxed silhouettes, cropped or midi length, rich in modular proposals, from removable sleeves to detachable hoods.

Alongside the timeless trench coats, here are the dressing gown coats, with loose volumes, ready to please those consumers who have become accustomed to the comfort of a home wardrobe and are not willing to give it up completely. Precious fabrics, brushed wools, casentino, mohair and tweed ready to face the elements for a posh and demi couture look. Aviator and biker jackets, bomber jackets are becoming more refined, using sheepskin in all its declinations, leather and fur for premium garments, but also nylons, fundamental for revisiting the sporty ’80s and ’90s influences. The must is to play with proportions, for ultra-modern solutions, often oversize, square and aimed at the younger end of the market.

The ‘physical’ edition of TheOneMilano, dedicated to winter 2023/24, is, as always, matched by its double, its digital expression AlwaysOnShow.com.
