Dubai World Trade Centre, 12-14 February 2023 Hall2 – Stand S2-A12
The strategy adopted last year by Il Diamante continues successfully, high jewellery brand that has chosen to make itself known on the international market by participating in the world’s most important trade fairs: from JIS FALL in Miami to JWS in Abu Dhabi to Vicenzaoro.
This 2023, after the IJT in Tokyo last January, the Maison will be present at the JGT in Dubai. The Jewellery, Gem & Technology will be held in the United Arab Emirates from 12 to 14 February in the prestigious Dubai World Trade Centre where, for the second year running, it will be possible to admire the exclusive creations and patents made Il Diamante.
The value of this choice is explained by founders Maurizio Martone and Roberta Bardon: “From the Middle East to the United States, from Canada to Europe, being able to tell our story, demonstrate our expertise and above all show our jewellery is rewarding us in terms of turnover and visibility. In 2022, our participation in the JGT in Dubai was successful and we have therefore decided to return to the United Arab Emirates”.
The Maison, which is based in Valenza in the Piedmontese jewellery district that is famous throughout Italy, is liked for the exclusivity of its products, for innovation, for manufacturing quality, and because it represents the purest essence of Made in Italy. Qualities that, combined with the craftsmanship excellence that has characterised it since 1995, has allowed Il Diamante to be selected as a production partner by the most famous Italian and world jewellery brands.
Lovers of challenges, since 2020 the founders have created their own brand consisting of 20 lines of high jewellery: from those that revisit the great classics to the most innovative, from Iris, which features coloured and certified diamonds, to Eden, with its extremely fine scales reproduced by hand directly from gold, without forgetting 4D and personalisation, two exclusive patents. The common thread running through each collection is the combination of creativity and the use of state-of-the-art technical and instrumental equipment that guarantees high standards of quality, aesthetics and craftsmanship. These characteristics have won over a clientele that wants unique and inimitable jewellery, including international celebrities such as Oscar winner Mira Sorvino and Italian artist Rossella Brescia, who has chosen to be Il Diamante’s testimonial.
The company has always been attentive to internal and external sustainability factors that translate into professional, social and environmental ethics and shares the RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) goal of an internationally responsible supply chain that promotes trust in the global jewellery industry through the adoption of the RJC Code of Practice for the application of sustainable practices throughout the gold and diamond supply chain: from mining to retail.
Diamond is not ‘only’ young because it was born in 2020, but also because it invests in young people. Roberta Bardon, a multifaceted and eclectic CEO, and Maurizio Martone, the first micro-setting teacher in Italy and one of the first goldsmiths to use the microscope in goldsmithing and jewellery, lead a team made up of both new professionals and master craftsmen with long-standing expertise.
The brand, which has a cutting-edge e-commerce that allows customers to live the experience of a virtual boutique and which guarantees an extremely competitive pricing policy, is finally structuring itself to become an eco-sustainable company thanks to a state-of-the-art production plant with low environmental impact and a high technological level, flanked by a modern showroom capable of welcoming Italian and international customers.
