For the Spring Summer 2018, Cristiano Burani creates an emotional journey looking for new expressions of femininity with male fabrics and marbled denim, both treated with needle punching that gives a furry effect.
Neon colors, bold floral prints in overlapping layers of pleated net bring back an eighties atmosphere on the Milan catwalks.Checked and striped fabrics in vitamin colours, cashmere and leather knitwear, leather threads with geometric embroidery and fringes in rainbow colors reveal relaxed silhouettes.
There are revisited comebacks in the accessories line: cowboy boots with rubber sole, creeper shoes with plastic coated and colored inserts and techno-satin polyurethane pumps. Materials are a lot and they create a unique tactical experience: what looks like fur is denim or cotton fabric, what looks like paper is silk and nylon organza, what looks like a net is hand knitted leather.
